Carlos Rodrigo Ruiz Mendez is a business administration student at ITAM and entrepreneur based in Mexico City. He is the founder of Go Fishing, a seafood distribution business he built from the ground up between November 2023 and May 2025 — scaling to 50+ clients, $210k in revenue, and a 25% profit margin through smart supplier negotiations and a relentless focus on minimizing operational costs to make quality seafood accessible.

As Presidente of Estratega Admin, the student-led organization representing Business Administration students at ITAM, Carlos leads a team of 10 and organizes events, speaker series, and networking opportunities.
