Francisco Hernández

Francisco Hernández (Fran) is the COO of Moonshot Partners, a product studio based in London that helps entrepreneurs and startups build and scale tech ventures. With 16+ years as an operator inside companies, he has led teams and projects across Latin America and Europe, working with fintech, edtech, and proptech startups, as well as product and software development firms.

His core expertise spans AI transformation for executives — automating workflows and building internal tools — digital product development from concept to launch, operations and systems design, and growth marketing. He is an ICF Certified Coach specializing in career transitions and strategic decisions, and an AI educator and consultant who helps non-technical people build practical projects and workflows with AI.

Fran is the founder and host of "Becoming Yourself," a podcast about personal transformation and self-development. His other projects include AI Coders Club, Venegram, and explorandoconfran — a reflection of his wide-ranging curiosity and commitment to building things that matter.
